Provided at extra charge:

• Coal or logs for open fire

• Provision can be made to provide coal and logs at a pre-arranged cost if required.

• Electricity charge: Payment for electricity will be deducted from the deposit sent prior to booking. A meter reading is taken on arrival and departure, remaining deposit is returned to guests on return to home address minus any deductions incurred See Booking

• Smoking is permitted however we would appreciate if it is restricted to the kitchen and living room area only.

• No provision has been made to accommodate pets in our establishment.

• Refuse collection details will be given on arrival

• A payphone is provided which accepts incoming and enables outgoing calls. All new coinage accepted by payphone.

• Provision is made for babies and young children with cot and bedding, stair gate, highchair, child fire guard available on request.

• Garden table, parasol, bench and chairs available for the summer season. These can be used on the patio, see Breanish which offers superb views of the Atlantic Ocean .
